Maple Syrup Glazed Pecans

Recipe adapted from Ontario Maple

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Milestone Ridge dark maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 2 cups pecan halves

Steps to Prepare

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt. Fold in the pecans until all are generously coated with the syrup mixture.

  3. Stir constantly until the syrup caramelizes (approximately five minutes).

  4. Place the glazed pecans on the prepared baking sheet and let cool.

How to Store

We recommend storing your glazed pecans in an airtight container. They are best enjoyed within 1-2 weeks.
